Mal Wright has completed 4 inspections for me. His reporting style has been excellent and has saved me from buying a couple of dud houses. Buying a house has been a stressful time especially since I found myself 'competing' with other people for the same property at one stage. Having Mal do the Pest and Building Inspections has saved my sanity a little bit and saved me thousands in money I would have had to spend on repairs. I had my last reports emailed earlier in the week and I'm onto a winner with this one. The reports confirmed everything was OK and I have had my offer accepted.
