I own a couple of investment properties in Newcastle and Mal initially did the pre-purchase inspections on these when I first bought them quite a few years ago. They have been leased out for a while now but one of them the tenant had noticed some cracking inside the house and doors becoming difficult to open/close. I immediately phoned Mal to get his opinion and he came out and did what he called a ‘Special Purpose’ inspection. After making arrangements with the tenant, he went out and inspected inside the house and the subfloor. I received my report from him the same week and after reading through it, gave him a call to go through a few things I didn’t understand. I’m glad it’s not a major problem but will still obviously need rectifying. Thanks to Mal I have been able to contact suitable trades and I have it all in writing what is wrong when they ask. I can highly recommend Mal for any type of inspection you need done.
