Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections have done Pest Inspections on several of my properties in Port Stephens every year or so just as a ‘check up’ for many years now. It never hurts to get it all checked and make sure the critters stay at bay. I’d rather know early on if there were termites present, than later – this happened earlier this year with one of my rental properties.
