I needed an inspection done before Christmas and wasn’t having much luck finding an inspector who wasn’t booked up. I had phoned Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections and spoken with Mal, but he also said he was booked out but referred me to a couple of other inspectors. After phoning both of them and finding out they were also busy, I called Mal again to see if he had any other suggestions. He offered to do my inspection early on a Sunday (his only day off). I was relieved to say the least. His office staff took over and booked everything in, Mal completed the inspection and got it out to me the next day. Amazing. The reports were very detailed. He had come highly recommended from a colleague and I’m glad he could fit my inspection in.
