we had a pre-purchase pest and building inspection done the inspector did an excellent and thorough job. He identified major defects and even listed minor defects in his reports. We were provided with a comprehensive report and the inspector was available to answer some additional questions that we had. As a result, we were able to get the issues resolved by the seller before we moved into our new home. A really great experience and I would not hesitate to use again in the future. P. Bailey
