We were looking at house in New Lambton and were keen on purchasing but knew there was going to be a lot of work to bring it up to what we wanted. Mal was recommended to us by a local builder who we had spoken to in regards to future renovations at the house. Mal was able to book in our inspection as well as take our list of questions about different aspects of the property and give us answers in the reports. What a patient man is all I can say. That list was long. It did take him a little bit longer to get the reports to us, but we knew to expect that. We will happily recommend you to friends, family and anyone who will listen. We are currently now renovating and hoping to move by Christmas. Fingers crossed.
