We looked at a few properties in Aberglasslyn and Gillieston Heights before we found ‘the one’ in Bolwarra Heights and we immediately booked Mal to complete our Pre-Purchase Pest and Building Inspection as we had been told he was the best in the area. We were not disappointed. All the arrangements for the inspection were made through Mal’s office, so we just waited for the reports. Mal was thorough, including photos and descriptions of defects and even after the reports were emailed to us, he followed up with a courtesy phone call to make sure we understood everything.
