Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections has been a well-known business name throughout the Real Estate industry for years now. Many agents I know have always said to avoid using him as Mal picks up every detail of the property. There is an exception to that rule though – a lot have used Mal when they are buying their own properties, because they all want to know they are buying the best property they can. I’ve used Mal a couple of times myself when buying property. I’m not in the Real Estate industry any more now but would definitely refer him to anyone wanting Pest and Building Inspections done.
