I was buying a unit in Metford and a friend recommended getting Mal Wright in to complete pre-purchase inspections. I was hesitant at paying money to get the inspection done at first but after looking at the reviews on the internet (and reading some horror stories) I went ahead and booked one in. The report covered everything in the unit (walls, floor, roof, inside, outside etc) and it gave me a better idea of how much money I was going to have to spend on repairs (even the little ones add up). I’m glad I went ahead with it and will be letting all my friends know Mal’s details.
