Highly recommend a pest and building inspection from Mal Wright. It was our first time buying a house and we were worried about a few things so we called Mal to inspect the house and property at Bolwarra Heights. We received 2 reports the day after inspection and Mal called us and talked us through the issues he found, which was very very helpful.
