We are from Sydney and have been recently posted at Williamtown so we are new to the area, we went with the referral from fellow RAAF staff member my husband works with who highly recommended you and from your reports we can see why.
The reports were very easy to read and understandable, the pictures also helped. We liked that you followed up with a call to see if there was anything we need clarification on.
When we went to our Conveyancer and she asked who we were using to do our pest and building reports; when we mentioned your name her reply was “his the best your in great hands although the agent won’t be happy”; ” don’t be surprised if the agent doesn’t try and talk you into using another inspector”
We ended up buying the property although we provided a list from your report for rectifications under contract. Thanks we will also be recommending you.
