We had Mal complete Pest and Building Inspections on our house before we put it on the market to sell. I feel it was an advantage for us, as it has given us time to fix any smaller problems and then the buyers will also know what needs repairs (and that we weren’t hiding anything). We have an open house this weekend, so fingers crossed. Thanks Mal.
