I had arranged a Pest and Building Inspection through someone the Real Estate agent had recommended when I was buying my house in Maitland. It was all great until I moved in. I thought I was going crazy as I was seeing little things wrong with the house almost every day that the inspector hadn’t mentioned in his reports. I was speaking with friends one day and they mentioned Mal Wright had done their Pest and Building Inspections and I should call him. Mal came out a few days later and did another lot of inspections on the house. What a difference in reports! It turns out I wasn’t going crazy but after reading Mal’s reports I was seeing red – at the Agent and the original Inspector! If you want an awesome report that covers literally everything you’d better call Mal Wright.
