We recently hired Mal to do a pest and building inspection on a property for us in Metford and thank goodness we did as the house had termites and water damage which we couldn’t afford to fix. We are so glad that we booked the inspection before we put an offer on the house. We are now on the hunt for another house and will be using Mal next time as well.
