I was Building a new house out at Gillieston Heights. It came towards the end of the build but there were a few items that I wasn’t happy about so I had Mal Wright come in and complete an independent Handover Inspection for me. Mal walked through the whole house and inspected everything from the paintwork to the tiling and the hardware. I was so impressed and it gave me what I needed to get things fixed by my builder before I moved in. I would highly recommend anyone building a new house to get a Handover Inspection done before you move in as my builder didn’t seem like he was going to fix anything I’d asked him to.
