I was buying a house in Maryland and had no idea what Building Inspection company to use. Different friends had told me who not to use so I embarked on a google search. I came across Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections and looked at his website and read some of the reviews. I like to be able to speak to someone though so gave him a call. He was polite and pretty knowledgeable on the phone. I was impressed with the fact that he has over 30 years experience! Anyway, his secretary called me and booked in my inspection which went ahead a couple of days later. I received my reports via email the day after the inspection and they were great! Mal also followed up with a phone call to me to make sure everything was understood and it gave me the opportunity to ask him a few questions. So now I know who I can recommend to my friends!
