I made so many calls whilst ‘shopping around’ for a good Pest and Building Inspector. Some of them didn’t have the time or just didn’t care. When I phoned Mal Wright, he took the time to speak with me even though he was on a job. He answered my questions and when I asked to book in the inspection, he said he would get someone to call me back to get my details. Well, his office phoned almost straight away! I was surprised. They took all the information they needed and booked everything in so I didn’t have to chase the Real Estate and arrange a suitable time. The day after the inspection, I received the reports via email. Very informative, had photographs and suggested solutions for some of the defects. I was pretty happy. There were a couple of things I didn’t understand but phoned Mal and he again took the time to explain things. He offers such a great service and I would happily recommend him to anyone.
