Having recently put a deposit on a property in Tea Gardens, I had to get a Pest and Building Inspection done within my cooling off period. I contacted Mal Wright on a Tuesday and I booked in an inspection for that week. He had mentioned that he had done numerous inspections in Tea Gardens and Hawks Nest. Being a bit of an older person, I had lots of questions for Mal but he was very obliging and patiently answered all of my queries. I must say I was very impressed with Mal and I can highly recommend his services.
