We had Mal Wright complete a Handover inspection for us at our new home in Gillieston Heights. We’re glad we spent the extra money to get an independent person come and do this. The list of problems with the house was phenomenal. Our builder had said there were only a ‘few small issues’ however we noticed more than he mentioned and decided to get this inspection done. So we now have a full report with photos on everything and have approached the builder to get it all fixed before we move in.
