Mal came and did inspections at a unit I was buying in Lambton. I met him at the unit after he had finished and he was able to let me know what I was in for. Luckily I picked a good one, and there were only a few minor things that needed repairs before I could move in. Mal was so lovely and patient – especially when he needed to explain things to me. I would definitely recommend him!
