Thanks to Mal for performing Pest and Building Inspections on a house I was looking at in Beresfield - he literally saved me thousands! The house wasn't in the best condition, I know, but the number of things that needed repairs still surprised me. I was able to use Mal's reports to go back to the agent and negotiate a better price.
