We are first home buyers so was a little daunting however being able to meet you on site at the end of the inspection for you to show my partner and I what defects you found was amazing and allowed us to exchange contracts that afternoon to prevent the race with other buyers.
My mum and dad also read your reports and found it easy to understand and dads retired builder.
his comment after reading the reports was “guy knows his stuff” take that as a huge compliment.
You are our pest and building inspector from here on, if your on a good thing stick with it.
