Mal’s reports saved us from buying a ‘lemon’ of a house. We had booked inspections through the website as we were interested in a property at Jesmond. We were buying it as an investment property so wanted to make sure everything was fairly sound and didn’t require hundred of $$ spent on it. Mal phoned us as soon as he had finished the inspection to inform us the house had termites and was out of level in a few areas. We received the reports later the next day as he had to spend a lot more time on them. We are so grateful we had the inspections done and saved ourselves a lot of money and time. Needless to say, we are looking for another property to invest in and will be calling Mal to get our next lot of inspections done.
