Thank you so much for the pest and building reports you so promptly sent, they were a great help to being able to be fully aware of what we were buying without buying blind. The real estate agent quivered when we mentioned that you were our inspector; although gave you full credit mentioning that you were good for the buyer but not the seller, which made us laugh as we hoped you were not inspecting our own house when we sell lol.
The photos were excellent and the laymen’s terms along with being able to discuss the report with you made it very helpful to understand the defects.
