I bought a house in Cliftleigh earlier in the year and the Real Estate agent gave me some names of Pest and Building Inspectors so I could get an inspection done. I checked out their websites and a couple weren’t licensed or insured and others just didn’t have positive reviews. Whilst doing my research I came across Mal Wright. His website looked good and his reviews were great so I gave him a call to discuss booking an inspection. After speaking with Mal I went ahead and booked an inspection online – which was quick and easy to follow and after the inspection my reports were emailed to me the next day. Overall, I was very pleased with how smoothly everything went and the quality of the reports was exceptional. Mal will be the first Inspector on my list in the future.
