I went and looked at a house in Maitland that I was interested in purchasing. I went back two more times before putting in an offer and being accepted. I booked in a Pest and Building Inspection with Mal Wright as soon as I could as I had heard he was an outstanding inspector.
My inspection went ahead a few days later and the report was emailed the following day. Mal picked up on quite a few defects that I didn’t realise were even an issue….. and I’d looked at the property 3 times!
I’m grateful I had Mal complete the inspection. I still went ahead with the purchase, but just with better knowledge!
