Mal has completed 3 separate Pest and Building Inspections for me on different properties.
The first property had termite damage that hadn’t been disclosed by the agent or vendor and we were so grateful we’d had Mal do an inspection and not trusted the agency supplied reports.
The second property everything was going well (or so we thought) until the agent let us know the day after we’d received Mal’s reports that someone else had made a higher offer and signed that day.
Third time lucky… (We were feeling a bit jinxed at this stage). Inspection completed. Reports received. Offer accepted! Phew.
Mal’s professionalism has not wavered during this entire period. He has provided us with a lot of advice encouraging us to stay positive. I must also say that his reports were of an extremely high standard which we were able to easily read and interpret.
If you’re looking at purchasing property my recommendation would be to get Mal out to complete your pre-purchase inspections. It is worth every cent.
