I phoned Mal Wright after googling his business and seeing the reviews he had gotten. I asked him a couple of questions in regards to the property and he was very professional so I booked in a Pest and Building Inspection for a home in Corlette. His office made the arrangements with the Real Estate to complete the inspection that week. I had a couple of specific items I wanted him to double-check while he was at the house so I sent him an email with them listed. The reports came via email the day after the inspection. My requested items were covered, along with other things I had not noticed. The reports were fabulous – very in-depth and informative. He’s certainly worth more money! I am currently in negotiations but certain of a positive outcome thanks to Mal’s reports. Thanks for your help and we will pass on your details to anyone we know who needs inspections.
