We saw Mal’s car at a property while he was doing an inspection in our street. We took down his number and looked him up online as we were also in the process of looking for a new house.
Once we had decided on a property, Mal was one of the first people on our list to call. We wanted to know everything was structurally sound and would have no major issues.
His website labels him as ‘Mr Pedantic’, and it’s pretty spot on! We met Mal at the house towards the end of the inspection and he had already spent an hour there inspecting, writing and photographing different things. He spent about half an hour with us going over a few things and then still had more to do!
We received the reports the next day by email and even though we had spoken to Mal at the house, reading them was a good refresher and they also included other smaller issues he didn’t cover in person that day.
