I was lucky enough to get my Pest and Building Inspection done on the same day I booked online due to someone else canceling their inspection. I was very surprised at how quickly they responded to my request. So I had my reports emailed within 24 hours, really. Fabulous turn around! The reports were also quite detailed so they weren't pumped out generically. I can highly recommend Mal's business and will be gladly letting friends and family know.
