Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections provided us with reports prior to selling our property in Maitland outlining areas that needed attention so we could either have them fixed or let potential buyers see the reports and they then knew upfront what condition our home was in prior to making an offer. We didn’t have many huge problems, so we went forward with an open house ‘as-is’. We had a few people comment how great it was that we had done the reports and some even said that they’d heard great things about Mal so we looked at that as a positive selling point. After 2 open homes (with some repeat lookers) we had 2 offers. We are so glad we’d had the inspections done and produced before the open homes. We really think it boosted our chances of an offer.
