I’d heard of a few colleagues who’d purchased property and used Mal Wright for Pest and Building Inspections. I asked around and everyone who had used him had been very happy so once I’d decided on a property I got online and booked my inspections.
I wasn’t too concerned about the house as it was newer, but there were a couple of things that I specifically wanted Mal to look at. After speaking to him on the phone, I was glad I booked him. He was pleasant on the phone and assured me that the extra items I wanted him to look at would be included in the report.
There was so much about the property that was covered in the reports and I was pretty impressed. Once I had read through the reports I called to thank him.
