I recently purchased a house in Gresford and Mal came out and did Pest and Building Inspections for me. Mal phoned me after I’d had a chance to read the reports to make sure I understood it all. His reports covered almost every inch of the house lol. It was wonderful to speak with him and just get a verbal opinion – he was very informative. In my opinion, if you need inspections done – get Mal on the phone!
