We had Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections look at a large house for us in Gillieston Heights (6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms!). Nothing was a problem for Mal. We had a list of items that we wanted him to double check during the inspection and he was happy to do that. We also picked his brain after we received our reports and our Conveyancer was pretty happy with the reports too. We will be sure to drop Mal’s name to anyone buying property! Thanks so much.
