Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections was recommended to me by a colleague who had used him for inspections on a property purchase. I was looking at a unit in Charlestown and Mal came out and completed a Building Inspection. It was great to have colour photos in the report as well as a list of the defects that needed attention.
