He emphasised that he works for his clients, not anyone else, which made me feel comfortable asking difficult questions that I wouldn't get a straight answer from a Real Estate Agent. The reports I received were informative yet easy to read. The addition of photographs made identifying defects simple. If I am to buy another property, I will be using Mal again.
