We had a great experience using Mal Wright Pest and Building inspections for our Handover reports on our new build in Gillieston Heights. He dealt with the access through the site supervisor, which was great and walked through and did the inspection a few days after we booked it in. The report was very good and we took it with us to our next meeting with the builder to ensure we were getting everything installed/repaired before we took the keys. We are glad we had the report done by an independent inspector as he found more defects than the builders let us know about. We would highly recommend getting Mal out for your Handover inspection!
