Mal completed a handover inspection for us recently for our new house build. As first time builders we had no idea what we were doing, Mal’s expertise and experience, filled us with confidence to ensure that nothing would be missed before we got the keys. The report was thorough and detailed, the pictures definitely helped. We were able to give the whole report to our site supervisor, who attended to the issues before we accepted the keys at handover.
