I recently sold a property in Cessnock and Mal Wright was the inspector that came out to complete the purchaser’s Pest and Building Inspections. He arrived at our house on time and introduced himself. I was impressed by how attentive he was to just about everything in and out of our house! I also noticed he took a lot of photos. I asked a few questions about what he found too, but he was loyal to his customers, not giving anything away. He left me a business card which I kept handy as I knew I would be looking for another property sooner or later. When I had decided on a property to purchase, I rang Mal and booked him in to do my inspections. Now I know why he’s so popular. He must have gone over the new house with a fine tooth comb too. Found things I hadn’t noticed and definitely gave myself a good ‘book’ to read about my new house. Well worth it and I will pass on is details to anyone buying property.
