I was looking at buying a property in Cameron Park so I used Mal to do my Pest and Building Inspection. He found quite a few smaller defects (easy fixed) but a couple of bigger problems that he found were a little worrying. I actually used the reports to go back to the vendor with the problems and ended up saving money on the purchase price! All in all, I was very happy with the outcome.
