Mal recently completed a Pest and Building Inspection for us in Rutherford. He provided a quality service with a prompt turnaround of the reports. Mal and his team organised everything, which took away some of our stress during this already stressful time of purchasing our first property. Mal identified the problems from minor issues to major ones. Some of the safety issues identified were a bit worrying but we are working on getting these fixed before we settle.
