Mal’s reports were very helpful when we decided to sell our house in Bolwarra. We had Pest and Building Inspections done prior to putting the house on the market so we knew what was wrong and we could fix some of the issues that arose. Having the printed copy was handy as we ticked things off the list as we made repairs. We also had him return when we were ready to sell so potential buyers could then see that we had done recent maintenance and everything was up to scratch. We are now just waiting on exchange and we are planning on traveling but if we ever come back to the area and buy, we will be calling Mal to do inspections for us.
