We were purchasing property and our Conveyancer in Kurri Kurri recommended Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections. Mal actually found a couple of major defects at the property but we were able to use the reports and negotiated a price deduction with the vendors. We were so glad we decided to have the inspections as it has saved us a lot of money in the long run.
