I just wanted to write a quick note to say thank you so much for your excellent service for our Pre-Purchase Pest and Building Inspection in Cessnock. As first home buyers we know very little about buying houses. However it was great to look at the photographs and it was so informative and really made us aware of all the significant details and building legalities involved when buying a house (particularly an old one!).
