I was in the midst of buying a new house in Maryland and needed a Pest and Building Inspection completed. I phoned around a few inspectors but they didn’t answer, were going to call me back and one was too busy. Mal Wright took my call while he was doing an inspection and said he would get his secretary to call me back. I hung up thinking I wouldn’t hear back but she phoned me back literally a minute later! She took all the details and was going to arrange the inspection with the Real Estate. All booked in and paid, all I had to do was wait for my reports to be emailed. Once I had them and read through them I was glad I’d gotten onto Mal as he had picked up on quite a few things that needed attention. I’m glad I had him doing my inspections and would recommend his business to anyone.
