Mal came and did Pest and Building Inspections on the house I bought in Thornton. I was hesitant getting them done as I didn’t think the cost was necessary. I’m so glad I did though as the defects he picked up far outweighed the cost of the inspection. I still went ahead with the purchase of the property but I knew what was wrong and was able to re-negotiate with the vendors which saved me thousands in the end. I would highly recommend having Mal do your inspections!
