I live in Kurri Kurri and wanted someone local to do a Handover Inspection on a house in Abermain that was being built. I contacted Mal Wright as it was nearing completion to see how far in advance I would need to book in. He said as soon as I knew my PC date, to give him a call. I called the same day the builder let me know as booked Mal in at the same time. As I was walking through the house with the builder, Mal was walking through doing his inspection. He emailed the report out to me the next day & I was surprised at how many things he had found. Luckily I was able to take my printed copy to the builder the next week and asked for it all to be fixed. Thanks for your help, Mal. You’ve saved me a few headaches by completing this report!
