I have had used Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections previously for a Pre-Purchase inspection but needed to get a Handover inspection completed on a home I was building in Huntlee. He’d done such a marvellous job last time, I had no hesitation in using his business again. The office staff booked everything in with the builder and all I had to do was email Mal a copy of the plans. I also included a note of a couple of things I wanted him to check while he was there. Mal had the report emailed to me the day after he did the inspection and, as I expected, it was very detailed. He had included the items I’d asked him to check but also picked up a lot of other minor problems. It was great to get the printed copy in the mail as I used it when I met with the builder to go over everything that needed amending.
