I was looking at purchasing an older dwelling in Maitland and needed someone to do the Pest and Building Inspections who had a good eye for detail, was patient and thorough. I looked up Mal Wright’s website after a customer of mine mentioned they had used him and he was fabulous.
His website told me everything I needed to know – he was a licenced builder, fully insured and Real Estate agents disliked him (lol).
I booked online, but also rang around half an hour later to discuss with him different aspects I’d like him to pay attention to. Mal was very accommodating.
The inspection went smoothly (although took a little longer than usual) and he phoned me afterwards to have a chat about a couple of things.
My reports were emailed the day after and were full of information, including the areas I wanted double checked.
I am more than impressed with the service Mal provides to his customers and will be sure to pass on his details.
