I heard of Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections through a colleague when he used Mal to do inspections at the house he bought in Fern Bay. I had a look at the reports he’d been sent out and was very impressed. I was buying in the same area so booked an inspection online through his website.
I heard from his office the same day and they let me know it was all booked in and going ahead. I didn’t need to do anything else.
The reports were emailed to me the day after the inspection was done and they covered everything I needed. I even used them to negotiate a little bit off the asking price for different things that needed repairing.
I’d be more than happy to pass Mal’s name around to colleagues or friends needing inspections.
